1、 Product Overview:
The oil bottle lifting ring tensile testing machine is specially designed for bottle cap testing, which can test the opening tension of the anti-theft strip on the top of the bottle cap, the pulling force of the inner ring of the bottle cap, the compressive strength of the bottle cap, the force of the bottle cap being pressed into the sleeve, the force of the bottle cap being pushed out of the sleeve, the tensile strength of the lifting ring, and the opening force of the top of the bottle cap.
With the increasing use of PET barrel edible oil and similar large PET bottled products, plastic lifting rings are required, and the strength and quality of the lifting rings also need to be monitored and controlled. Therefore, Jiubin Instrument has designed an instrument device for the tensile strength of PET bottle plastic lifting rings.

The oil bottle lifting ring tensile testing machine adopts a gantry structure, Panasonic servo motor and ball screw, with a testing speed of 0.001-500mm/min, which can be adjusted according to testing needs.
